The things I learned about myself after one month of diligent data gathering. 1. I really thought that I normally don't sleep much. After all, with a full-time job, kids, husband, hobbies and a million volunteer gigs, how else can anything get accomplished with only 24 hours to a day? Well it turns out I sleep an average of 7.5 hours every night, and I have to say it was a pretty consistent thing. I actually spent the majority of my time during the month of January - sleeping. Research says that a decent amount of sleep every night for a person my age is anywhere from 7-9 hours. So okay, I'm on the low end of that spectrum, but I made the cut. I consistently sleep an adequate amount of hours for a normal person. This is shocking to me, believe it or not. But then again, maybe I should've done this research when I still worked in the arts so that I would've gotten the results I expected. But oddly enough, it's been a year since I left the arts and I needed a dail...
