After 30 Days
So how did it go? Not bad actually. First of all the 21 day thing didn't really work out. Mostly because working for an opera company means you can't have a life and when I'm not immersed in my opera world, life actually happens. In both cases, neither are condusive to a strict dieting schedule. However, I definitely got the essence of the exercise. No pun intended :P Cutting the portions that I eat to a third of what I would normally consume, was mean and a very drastic measure. In other words -- torture. But I was the one who asked Eduardo that I needed fast results or else I'll lose interest and motivation. The first week and a half was horrible. I definitely felt the hunger and I was cranky and miserable. I went to the gym and did cardio and weight training every day for two weeks.
