Juggling Act
So today I pulled another one of my juggling acts. Similar to the one I pulled on Raine's birthday party when I had to change gears and rush from a children's party to a gala. This time I came from a garden tea party for our donors in a venue I've never worked with before and gave me bad dreams all night. The up side, for once we chose a venue that's like seven minutes away from the house for a change. Since it was on a Sunday I had to drive my parents to church, pick up my event stuff from the office, go home and change, set up, orient volunteers, be in my smiley hostess mode... Luckily everything was so lovely and went smoothly and ridiculously on the dot with the program even I was impressed! That meant I could make it to Eduardo's really important basketball game even if it meant just getting to watch the last ten minutes.
